2.2 Order processing

We process the data you provide for the fulfilment and handling of your order. For this purpose, we may share your data with shipping companies and payment service providers as necessary to deliver your order and process payments. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For international shipments, we ensure appropriate safeguards pursuant to Article 46 GDPR, through standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.

5. Tracking and analysis tools

5.1 Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies to evaluate visitor traffic. This website uses Hotjar, an analysis tool provided by Hotjar Ltd. Hotjar records mouse movements, scrolling behaviour, and clicks to generate heat maps and create user profiles under a pseudonym.

5.3 Meta (Facebook) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel, a remarketing service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. This allows us to display interest-related advertising to visitors on Facebook and Instagram.

5.4 Google Ads and Remarketing

We use Google Ads to measure conversions and analyze visitor behaviour and visitor interests. This service does not save personal data directly.

5.5 LinkedIn Insight Tag

This website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag for conversion tracking. The tag collects metadata such as IP address and timestamp but truncates IP addresses to pseudonymise the data.

6. Plug-ins and third-party services

6.1 Google Tag Manager

We use the Google Tag Manager to manage website tags and scripts. The Tag Manager itself does not set cookies or collect personal data.

6.2 Google reCAPTCHA

We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect against automated machine processing and spam on our forms.

6.3 Google Maps

This website may integrate Google Maps for geographical displays. When using Maps, Google may collect data about your usage.

6.4 Vimeo

We embed videos via the Vimeo platform. If you are logged into your Vimeo account, Vimeo may assign your viewing behaviour to your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your Vimeo account before viewing videos.

7.1 Klarna

For payment assessment and processing, we may use Klarna Bank AB. Klarna may perform credit checks as part of its payment services.

7.2 Netsuite (Oracle)

For order processing and merchandise management, we use Netsuite, an ERP system provided by Oracle. Your order data is transferred to Netsuite for contractual processing.

8.3 Right to object

8.4 Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations (Article 77 GDPR).

9. Data retention

Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this declaration or as required by law, e.g. for statutory warranty and commercial retention periods. After expiry of the retention period, the data will be deleted.
